Separate from lifetime material coverage.

Protection that stays with the home. Residential installations: lifetime material and covered no-clog protection transfer with the home. Commercial installations: lifetime material and covered no-clog protection cover your installation. Keep your quote and coverage guide with your installation records so you and a future owner know where to turn for help.

Care that supports performance

Keep the surface clear.
Keep water moving.

Guard protection and routine maintenance work together.

Leaves, needles and other debris can gather on top of the mesh. Check the visible gutter line from the ground and arrange surface clearing when buildup needs attention. Trees, roof design and weather affect how often maintenance is needed.

Overflow can have more than one cause. Surface debris, downspouts, gutter condition and roof runoff all deserve a check.

What to remember

  • Topside debris removal remains routine maintenance.
  • Lifetime material coverage is distinct from workmanship.
  • Covered clog protection depends on proper installation and reasonable maintenance.
  • Use safe access and professional help for work at height.

Coverage questions

The distinctions that matter.

Does protection transfer with the home?

Yes, for residential installations: lifetime material and covered no-clog protection transfer with the home. Commercial coverage follows the commercial installation. Keep your quote and coverage information for the next owner. Contact Clean Pro if ownership changes or you have a coverage question.

How do the three protections work together?

Lifetime material protection covers the guard material. Covered no-clog service addresses covered clogs beneath a properly installed and reasonably maintained guard. One-year workmanship coverage addresses the installation. Routine surface care and unrelated gutter or roof repairs remain separate.

Who provides the workmanship coverage?

The installing contractor provides one year of guard workmanship coverage. Clean Pro facilitates the claim process. This is separate from product material coverage. The published service policy, section II.B, describes this distinction.
